The role involves delivering IT support for regional office users, managing walk-ups, and ensuring high-quality IT infrastructure. Requirements
- Experience in an EUC administration and support role
- Proficiency in ticketing systems (JSM/Jira)
- Strong knowledge of network fundamentals (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
- Experience with MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) and identity management
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and scripting
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset
