Job Description
Perceptyx is seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Marketing Manager to support customer-obsessed strategies, elevate customer voices, and ensure maximum value realization from the platform.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Marketing within a B2B environment.
- Bachelor's Degree (4-year) required.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, and other digital marketing tools.
- Proven experience building advocacy programs and managing multi-channel engagement (email, webinars, case studies, social proof, and review management).
- Ability to translate customer insights and data into compelling narratives for thought leadership and cross-functional enablement.
- Strategic mindset, outstanding emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and ability to clearly convey value to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive self-starter who acts with urgency and remains agile during rapid campaign cycles.
