Job Description
Pernod Ricard is a global company of premium wines and spirits. As Innovation Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality, efficiency, and desirability of our tequila and mezcal portfolio. Your mission is to future-proof our portfolio by continuously improving what we make and how we make it, while selectively creating new propositions that expand our reach and relevance.
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design, or related field.
- Minimum 7-8 years relevant business experience from the consumer goods sector in an international organization.
- Minimum 3-4 years of Innovation and New Product Development experience
- Experience working with creative, innovation and design agencies.
- Experience from working in a cross-functional organization and in cross-functional projects.
- English and Spanish are a must.
