Director of Business Development, Army

Persistent Systems is seeking a Director of Business Development, Army to lead growth across our Army portfolio. This role is responsible for identifying and establishing new customer relationships, managing high-revenue accounts, and implementing expansion strategies.

Requirements

• Identify potential new customers while managing and developing existing relationships within the Army and SOCOM communities
• Develop unique selling propositions and sales strategies to meet targets and expand the company’s global customer base
• Partner with Engineering and Sales teams to identify new product opportunities based on customer feedback and tactical and operational unit requirements
• Manage key accounts post-sale, ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions and programmatic support
• Create business proposals, lead initial negotiations, and close deals as part of a collaborative team
• Identify, organize, and travel to industry events, trade shows, and operational units to strengthen Persistent Systems’ market presence
