Job Description
Pexip is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our US Enterprise team to help organizations realize what's possible with Pexip. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen balance of technical ability with the interpersonal skills to help customers understand how the utilization of Pexip technology can increase the value of their existing applications.
Requirements
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all of Pexip's products and technologies.
- Develop into the customer's trusted advisor on all things Pexip and the industry.
- Identify areas for growth or repair, and working with the customer to execute the tasks that need to be completed.
- Serve as the first line of escalation for the customer, work to understand any issues that arise and help structure paths to resolution.
- Conduct regular health checks on customer architectures.
- Work with the product team to identify, scope, and prioritize features necessary to support our most strategic customers.
