We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our Operations & Customer Solutions department. The ideal candidate will have several years of commercial experience, good PC knowledge, and excellent German language skills. The role involves consulting, backoffice, CRM, and contact and relationship work.

• Good PC knowledge (Outlook, Word, and ideally Salesforce)
• Very good German knowledge in word and writing
