Requirements

• 6+ years in talent acquisition roles
• 2+ years in tech startups or scale-ups
• Strong sourcing with repeatable pipeline generation
• Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
• Experience hiring across role types and seniority levels
• Data-driven approach to hiring decisions and strategies
• Strong process design and continuous improvement mindset
