Job Description
This Regional Sales Manager role within the US Subsidiary focuses on strategic and tactical regional plans, leadership of the Sales team, and the implementation of sales and marketing strategies. The role involves forecasting, reporting, KPI monitoring, and building a high-performing team. It also requires proficiency with R3/BASE, Negotiation skills, and strong communication with distribution channel partners.
Requirements
- Four-year degree required (Engineering discipline preferred).
- 5-7 years outside sales experience required.
- Industrial/Automation industry sales experience preferred.
- Experience with industrial and automation distributors.
- Experience with a customer relationship management software package.
- Outstanding communication skills – written, verbal and listening.
- Proficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
