Regional Sales Manager

This Regional Sales Manager role is focused on supporting the sales and marketing objectives of the US Subsidiary. The manager will be responsible for implementing strategic and tactical regional plans, leading sales teams, building a high-performing team, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies. This position requires a strong focus on revenue growth and maintaining relationships with key accounts and distribution partners.

Requirements

• Four-year degree required (Engineering discipline preferred).
• 5-7 years outside sales experience required.
• Industrial/Automation industry sales experience preferred.
• Experience in working with industrial and automation distributors.
• Experience with a customer relationship management software package.
• Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate an automobile.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
