Job Description
This Regional Sales Manager position within the US Subsidiary focuses on developing strategic and tactical regional plans, leading sales teams, and improving the overall company's revenue growth. The role requires a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, effective communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. It's remote with some travel requirements in California and Nevada.
Requirements
- Four-year degree (Engineering discipline preferred)
- 5-7 years outside sales experience
- Industrial/Automation industry sales experience preferred
- Experience with industrial and automation distributors
- Customer relationship management software experience
- Proficient in Windows based applications
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and automobile operation
- Ability to travel overnight 35-50%
