Job Description
This Regional Sales Manager position focuses on developing strategic and tactical plans to support the sales and marketing objectives of the US Subsidiary. The role involves leadership in the implementation of plans, a focus on revenue growth for the Sales Engineers, and team development. It's a remote role based in California and Nevada, requiring residency within the stated territory.
Requirements
- Meet/exceed sales growth objectives
- Develop a strategic vision for the industries and customers within the region
- Implement tactical strategies to increase revenue
- Build a high-performing team
- Proficient in R3/BASE and Negotiation skills
- Utilize CRM software and communicate effectively
- Regular travel (flights, vehicle, overnight)
