Job Description
This is a hands-on Sales Engineer (OEM) role for a company focused on driving sales of Contact products. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, building customer relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline. The Sales Engineer (OEM) works closely with Channel and Field Application Engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. This role focuses on deepening customer relationships, expanding business engagement, and maximizing long-term value.
Requirements
- Four-year degree preferred
- Technical discipline preferred
- 1 to 3 years minimum sales experience in the electronics or industrial automation & controls marketplace
- Experience working with distribution preferred
- Must be able to travel via airplane
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel via automobile
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Must be able to travel overnight 20-25%
- Comply with company dress code guidelines
