Job Description
This is a full-time Executive position for a Business Development role in India. The role focuses on identifying and qualifying potential clients, conducting meetings, and contributing to the growth of the organization. Candidates should be proficient in English and able to work long hours, primarily focused on inbound communication (cold calling).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Science, IT/Computer Science, or related field
- 2-6 years’ experience in an IT sales environment/BPO industry
- Exposure to the European Market (advantage)
- Proficiency in English
- Willingness to work 120 calls/day
- Experience with LinkedIn
- Prior CRM experience
- Research and explanation of Photon offerings
