Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting focused on technical recruiting
- Proven ability to source and close top technical talent
- Experience recruiting for startups, defense, aerospace, or frontier technology
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Highly organized and data-driven
