Drive customer acquisition, build and mentor a team of Account Executives, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
- Drive Pigment’s customer acquisition across Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Develop and execute on sales led growth strategies with a heavy outbound emphasis
- Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives in Germany, France and UK
- Mentor new Account Executives with training
- Drive ownership for individual performance
- Measure and manage the pipeline
- Drive sales cycles for critical wins
- Foster a positive team culture of collaboration, learning, and trust
