We are a Civil Litigation Defense Law Firm seeking a Coverage Attorney to defend clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to individuals and small business owners on a national basis.

Requirements

• Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination letters.
• Represent insurers in declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation.
• Serve as counsel in insurance coverage litigation matters.
• Participate in business development initiatives and client relationship management
