Job Description
We're looking for a Privacy & Data Innovation Counsel to join our Enterprise Legal Services team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in security and data privacy issues, excellent issue-spotting skills, and deep knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations. As a member of our team, you will help craft empathetic and forward-looking solutions that empower our stakeholders and drive innovation and competitive differentiation.
Requirements
- 6+ years as a practicing lawyer with substantial experience in security and data privacy issues
- Proactive team-player who is excited to roll up their sleeves and lead with empathy and a growth mindset
- Excellent issue-spotter who enjoys analyzing legal issues and drafting key documents
- Deep knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations, including GLBA and CCPA
- Experience conducting privacy and/or AI governance reviews
