Job Description
PLAR is seeking a Director/VP of Sales to focus on securing new business contracts with insurance carriers in the U.S. and Canada, and to manage all aspects of the sales cycle within assigned accounts. This role requires aggressive revenue targets and expanding market share in the InsurTech market. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of closing deals and possess the ability to leverage technology to revolutionize the insurance industry.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of sales experience selling software and services to the property insurance industry.
- Must have held and achieved $1M+ quotas year over year selling InsurTech software licenses and services.
- Must have solid knowledge of property claims/underwriting workflow and operations.
- Experience working in small, nimble tech companies.
- Efficient use of Salesforce.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
