PLAR is seeking a Director/VP of Sales focused on insurance carriers in the U.S. and Canada to secure new contracts and grow market share within the InsurTech sector. The role requires aggressive revenue targets, relationship management, and strong communication skills to collaborate with senior leaders and understand customer needs. Requirements
- 5-7+ years of sales experience selling software and services to the property insurance industry.
- Must have held and achieved $1M+ quotas year over year selling InsurTech software licenses and services.
- Solid knowledge of property claims/underwriting workflow and operations.
- Experience working in small, nimble tech companies.
- Efficiently use Salesforce to maintain and manage sales activities.
- Adaptability and creative/strategic thinking are crucial.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills are essential.
