Job Description

They are seeking a Director/VP of Sales to focus on securing new business contracts with insurance carriers, large adjusting, mitigation, and claims companies. The role involves building relationships, identifying opportunities, managing sales cycles, and forecasting bookings. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and communicator.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of sales experience selling software and services to the property insurance industry
- Must have held and achieved $1M+ quotas year over year selling InsurTech software licenses and services
- Solid knowledge of property claims/underwriting workflow and operations
- Experience working in small, nimble tech companies
- Efficient use of Salesforce
- Adaptability and strong communication skills
