HR Partner

The HR Partner role is responsible for supporting Plug Power by staying connected to matters which impact the people and the culture of the organization. This role is a subject matter expert providing guidance on all employee life cycle matters such as employee relations, performance, policy interpretation, compensation, compliance and much more.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or another relevant field
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Human Resource, preferably in a generalist capacity
• Solid knowledge of HR Administration, HR Operations Experience highly desired
• Fluent in English (corporate language) and French ; Dutch speaking is a plus
• Extensive experience with employee relations and investigations required
• Works Council or similar consultation body experience
• Solid knowledge of French employment law
• Experience within a technology, engineering or manufacturing environment is highly preferred
• Experience working in matrixed multi-national organizations with numerous locations and a remote workforce is highly preferred
• Experience with Workday is a plus
• Computer and software systems skills as applicable to position including but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
