Job Description
Point is a fast-growing company building a game-changing home equity funding platform, aiming to make homeownership more valuable. They are seeking a detail-oriented Funder to review and quality-check closing documents to ensure accuracy and validity before releasing funds, assisting with fund disbursements, and handling queries related to funding and document processing. This role is hybrid, requiring at least one day per week in the Philippines.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of mortgage funding experience
- Strong knowledge of real estate documents and escrow processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and prioritization
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
