Job Description
The 92nd Medical Group at Fairchild Air Force Base requires Registered Nurses to perform case management tasks, including identifying and evaluating patients, developing care plans, coordinating with healthcare teams, and advocating for patient needs. Case Manager Registered Nurses will provide direct patient care, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring accurate documentation in electronic health records. The role involves collaborating with various healthcare professionals and implementing interdisciplinary team meetings.
Requirements
- Degree/Education: Proof of graduation from an accredited educational institution with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or higher.
- Valid BLS
- Active and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse in any of the 50 U.S. States or Territories.
- Two-year experience in professional nursing or Case Management for adults, children, families, seniors, or groups.
- Two years minimum experience in a specialty area (e.g., veterans, acute care).
