Job Description
As Team Lead / Head of Customer Success at Predium, you'll lead a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), develop scalable processes to provide sustainable customer value, and collaborate with Product and Data Teams to ensure the platform meets customer needs, contributing to retention and expansion. You'll focus on leadership, strategy, process optimization, and escalation management.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally in a B2B-SaaS company.
- At least 2 years of experience in leading and developing teams.
- Ability to develop strategic visions and drive operational excellence.
- Understanding of the real estate industry, sustainability, or data-driven platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- High level of initiative, empathy, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
