Job Description
We are Printed.com, one of the largest and fastest growing on-line print shops in the UK, seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team in Cramlington. Our CS team is the heart of our organisation, offering opportunities for career advancement and a supportive environment that fosters growth.
Requirements
- Deal effectively with customers on a daily basis in a polite and professional manner
- Respond to emails efficiently, follow up with calls as required
- Ensure all problems or complaints are dealt with in a timely manner
- Responsible for review of reprinted jobs prior to dispatch
- Tracking deliveries with courier service and recording relevant information
- Managing returned jobs via courier service
- Accurately log all calls throughout the day
- Deal with immediate contact channels on a daily basis
- Respond to reviews on Trustpilot
