Job Description
The Client Solutions Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with their software or product needs through various methods, including providing customized solutions, implementing systems, and managing client communication. This role involves maintaining records, training clients, and collaborating with team members to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of tasks.
- Ability to deal with frequent interruptions and changes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Experience with Time Labor Management, Applicant Tracking Systems, ClientSpace, and PrismHR (preferred).
