Job Description
We're looking for a driven recruiter who wants to build their career as an operator and join Probook at the ground floor. The role involves assembling a talent-dense team in New York City and learning what it takes to scale a company from zero to one.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sourcing experience with a proven track record of recruiting for top early-stage startups
- Prior agency experience or direct startup experience in sourcing/recruiting
- Strong communication and research skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach
- Highly organized, resourceful, and motivated by building in a fast-paced environment
- Grit - willing to work 9-9-5
