Founding Recruiter (Generalist, GTM Focus)

We're looking for a Founding Recruiter to join our team in New York. The role involves building a pipeline of top talent for our growing company, with a focus on GTM roles and technical hiring. As a generalist, you'll have ownership of hiring across the company, working directly with founders and hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven track record sourcing and closing GTM roles
• Experience partnering directly with founders and senior leadership on hiring strategy
• High ownership mentality and comfort operating in ambiguity
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS and sourcing tools
