Job Description
We’re looking for a driven recruiter to join Probook at the ground floor and help us assemble one of the most talent-dense teams in New York City.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of high-bar technical recruiting experience at a Series A–C startup OR Recruitment Agency
- Comfortable working 5-days a week in the office.
- Proven track record of 2–3 engineering hires per month.
- Deep experience with high-volume outbound sourcing and staying tapped into the hottest talent pools.
- Grit - willing to work 9-9-5
