Job Description
PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to join their Revenue Operations team. This role will focus on optimizing sales processes, driving performance through optimized sales methods, and ensuring seamless integration with commercial, finance, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales capacity planning, compensation plans, and the full customer revenue journey.
Requirements
- Maintain commercial team roster and team assignments.
- Define and maintain territory assignments.
- Lead the sales role capacity planning and modeling.
- Design, develop and write global incentive compensation plans.
- Model quota and compensation to facilitate incentive strategy and administration.
