Job Description
Project Farma is seeking a Manager, CQV Engineering to lead and build high-performing teams executing projects within Project Farma's practice areas. This role is focused on technical solutions, cost, quality, and client satisfaction, representing the company as a trusted partner. The position involves leadership, strategic planning, project execution, and client engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline and/or comparable military experience.
- 4-6 years of advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech experience.
- 4-6+ years of managing high-performing teams.
- 4+ years business development, lead generation, or sales experience.
- Willingness to travel.
