Job Description
Project Farma is seeking a CQV Engineering Manager to lead and build high-performing teams in client sites and locations. This role involves technical leadership, project direction, client management, and ensuring project success. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the life sciences industry, a proactive and innovative mindset, and a passion for impacting patients and contributing to a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 4-6 years of advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech experience.
- 4-6 years of managing high-performing teams.
- 4+ years of business development, lead generation, or sales experience.
- Willingness to travel.
