Job Description
Project Farma is seeking a Manager, CQV Engineering to lead teams executing projects within their practice areas. The role requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and client collaboration. You will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, cost control, and client satisfaction. It's a fast-paced position for those driven by innovation and a people-first mindset.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline and/or comparable military experience.
- 4-6 years of advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech experience.
- 4-6+ years of managing high-performing teams.
- 4+ years business development, lead generation, or sales experience.
