Job Description
Protera Technologies is seeking a Payroll and HR Admin Specialist to assist with end-to-end payroll processing and administration, ensuring accurate and timely data entry of payroll information. The role involves collaboration with payroll providers and maintaining strong employee relations.
Requirements
- Assist with end-to-end payroll processing and administration.
- Calculate and verify employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with payroll service providers.
- Stay updated with payroll regulations.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
