Driver / Medical Transportation Provider

Provado is seeking drivers to transport people to and from medical appointments. This is a contract role offering weekly earnings based on mileage traveled. Drivers will use their own vehicles and can manage their own schedules, with a focus on reliability and on-time service. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, clean vehicle, and pass background and drug screenings.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of driver's license
• Clean, mid-size 4-door vehicle (model year 2009 or newer)
• Clean driving record (no 1 violation or 3 years fault/accident in last 5 years)
• No DUI/suspensions in last 5 years
• Valid CPR & CTAA Certification
• Complete NSC’s driver safety course
• Android or iOS Smartphone (or willingness to obtain one)
