Job Description
Provado Mobile Health is seeking Mobile Care Providers (drivers) to transport patients to and from medical appointments. Drivers are provided with schedules and earnings are paid weekly via direct deposit. The role is independent contractor and offers a flexible schedule and potential for independent earning.
Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years
- Vehicle must be model year 2009 or newer
- Clean, mid-size 4-door vehicle
- Clean driving record (no violations or accidents in 3 years)
- Clean driving record with no more than 1 violation or at fault accident in 3 years.
- Clean driving record with no more than 5 violations in 7 years.
- Clean driving record with no more than 1 violation or at fault accident in 5 years.
- Pass drug screen (including marijuana)
- Pass criminal background check
- Android or iOS Smartphone (or willingness to obtain one)
- CPR certification
- CTAA Passenger Service and Safety Course (30-90 minutes)
- NSC’s Driver Safety Course (2-3 hours)
