Job Description
Provado Mobile Health is seeking drivers to transport individuals to and from medical appointments. Drivers can create their own schedules and earn a weekly payment through direct deposit. The role involves driving, reliable service, and maintaining a clean vehicle.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years
- Own a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle in good cosmetic and operating condition
- Vehicle must be model year 2009 or newer, with a Provado inspection
- Clean driving record with no more than 1 violation or at fault accident in last 3 years.
- No DUI's or suspensions in last 5 years
- Must pass a drug screen including marijuana
- Must pass a complete criminal background check
- Network onboarding: own Android/iOS smartphone or be willing to obtain one
- Complete CPR course (30-90 mins)
- Complete CTAA Passenger Service and Safety Basic course (30-90 mins)
- Complete NSC’s Driver Safety Course (2-3 hours)
