Implementation Manager, Group Insurance (Virtual)

The Implementation Manager will lead the onboarding process for customers transitioning to Prudential's Group Insurance platforms, providing consultation and recommendations on optimal administration of the case. The role requires strong project management skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong drive for results.

Requirements

• 3+ years in customer-facing roles with demonstrated success
• Project management skills
• Minimum of 3 years of experience and knowledge of Group Insurance products
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
