PTC is a leading software company that brings the physical and digital worlds together, enabling companies to improve operations, create better products, and empower people. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to pioneer our AI frontier in the China market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Automation, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI solutioning, business development, or strategic partnerships
- Solid understanding of large language models (e.g., Transformer, GPT, LLaMA)
- Familiarity with core AI Agent concepts like architecture (e.g., ReAct, CoT), tool use, memory mechanisms, multi-agent collaboration
- Understanding of related engineering techniques like RAG, vector databases, model distillation, and prompt engineering
- Deep understanding of manufacturing business processes and digital challenges
- Strong business sense, with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions and business cases
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
