Gather ingredients, prepare foods, and maintain a clean work area. Participate in tray-line and bag-line assembly, and perform other assigned activities.
Requirements
- Federal Work-Study Student
- Food service experience preferred
- Able to read and follow recipes, and other written and oral instruction
- Able to count items accurately for extended periods of time
- Able to read and record temperatures using thermometers
- Able to operate, maintain and clean small ware chopper, buffalo chopper, meat slicer, and food processor
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Must achieve ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 6 months of hire
- Reliable, consistent punctuality and physical attendance are required
