Wilton Carpets is seeking a Senior Office Administrator to support the smooth and efficient running of their busy sales office, responsible for coordinating customer orders, liaising with the production team, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or sales order processing, ideally within manufacturing or a product-led business
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to build relationships internally and externally
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident learning new systems
- Positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
