Director Of Engineering

Pushpay is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead their engineering organization and provide strategic leadership to one or more products. The role involves guiding engineering managers, their teams, and staff engineers within their domain, and collaborating with Product and Engineering leaders to translate strategic challenges into timely solutions.

Requirements

• Applicable tertiary qualifications
• 10+ years of relevant experience developing internet-scale, multi-user software products
• 3+ years of relevant engineering management experience, overseeing two or more engineering teams
• Strong coding background with expertise in architectural patterns of large, high-scale SaaS applications
• Proven track record of collaborating on product strategy and delivering large-scale projects with multiple dependencies
• Experience shaping cultural initiatives and cultivating an engineering culture focused on maximizing customer value
