Job Description
As an IP Customer Support Agent, you will be the interface between our customers, our sales team and our technical teams. You will be responsible for receiving incoming calls and emails, providing operational and technical support, and supporting customers online.
Requirements
- Master or licence degree
- First professional experience in IPMS, Patents filing procedures, or Intellectual Property
- Technical versatility in a customer interface role
- Fluency in spoken French and English
- Proficiency at written French and English
- Third European language (Italian, Spanish, German) is a plus
