Job Description
As a Junior IP Customer Support Agent, you will be the interface between customers, sales team, and technical teams. You will receive incoming calls and emails, provide operational and technical support, and support customers in using our Orbit software suites.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Entry-level
- Master or Licence degree (PLUS)
- Tech friendly and technical versatility in a customer interface role
- Fluency in spoken Mandarin and English, proficiency in written Mandarin and English
- Third language (Japanese, French, Italian, Spanish, German) a plus
- Autonomy and team spirit
- Time management
- Availability
- Taste for learning & listening
- Good interpersonal skills and liking customer contact
- Ability to communicate and be self-confident
