IT Support Specialist – Global Internal Support

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to employees globally, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support incidents and service requests. The role involves preparing and configuring laptops and workstations, installing and supporting peripherals, and maintaining hardware stock and IT asset records. The ideal candidate is structured and analytical, self-driven and accountable, and able to communicate technical issues clearly.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in an IT Support role, preferably in an international environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience working with ticketing systems
• Basic Firewall Knowledge is preferred
