Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our talented kitchen team at RACV Noosa Resort. As a Commis Chef, you will oversee the daily buffet, ensuring a high standard of presentation and food quality, and engage with guests to create an exceptional dining experience.
Requirements
- Completed a Certificate III or IV in Cookery qualification, recognised in Australia
- Previous cooking experience in a 4-5 star hotel/resort or a la carte restaurant environment
- Developed knife & cookery skills
- Thrive in a large, busy & fast paced work environment, with efficiency, organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, can follow direction and work well in a team environment
- Committed and a passion for cooking with a strong focus on food quality and presentation
- Full working rights in Australia
