We are seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join our Member Engagement team at RACV. In this role, you will drive sales by understanding our members' needs and providing quick, effective solutions from our great range of products and services. You will be a champion of personalised conversations, delivering exceptional service that brings our brand promise to life.

• Intermediate PC skills and knowledge of relevant software (highly desirable)
• Previous retail or telephony sales experience is highly regarded for this role
