RACV Hobart Hotel is seeking an experienced Demi Chef to join their kitchen brigade on a full-time basis. The role involves assisting in the effective operation of the kitchen and working within a dedicated team focused on quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Commercial Cookery Qualification – Cert III or IV
• A passion for locally sourced and seasonal produce
• A desire to develop among a driven & professional team
• Ability to work autonomously on a section or within a fast-paced team
