As a Demi Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in the effective operation of the Kitchen and providing high-quality food and service to our members and guests.

Requirements

• Commercial Cookery qualification
• Previous Demi Chef experience in a 4-5 star hotel/resort
• Demonstrated experience in cookery and well-developed knife skills
• Solid knowledge of kitchen sections, service styles, mis en place procedures, food items, cookery techniques, sauces, cold larder, vegetables & butchery
• Ability to comfortably lift 20kgs and perform repetitive manual tasks safely
• Full working rights in Australia
