As the Developer (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), you will play an integral role in supporting RACV’s main enterprise channel for proactive engagement with Members, Customers and Prospects that drive business performance through awareness, affinity, consideration, purchase, use and renewal of all RACV products and services.
Requirements
- Degree Qualified in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and technical experience in managing data imports and writing SQL statements
- Experience in SFMC components will be highly regarded, primarily Automation Studio and Journey Builder
- Proven experience in developing, optimising and managing CRM and 1:1 campaigns and journeys
- Ability to apply critical thinking and business acumen when designing solutions to business problems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data driven approach
- Excellent organisational and project management skills and high attention to details, with the ability to manage multiple time sensitive projects under tight deadlines
- Knowledge in HTML/CSS and Salesforce Ampscript/ Javascript coding will be highly regarded
